Envy Construction builds homes meant to last generations. Founded in 2008 by Nick Voltolina, a craftsman who worked every role on the jobsite before starting the company, we've completed more than 150 custom homes, spec builds, and major renovations across Southern Maine, with an average project value above $1.5 million.

We are not a volume builder. We take on a small number of projects each year so every home receives the attention, craftsmanship, and project management it deserves. Our clients become friends. Our homes become the addresses where families build their lives.

Custom Home Construction

Ground-up custom homes on owner's land or a lot of our own. We work with your architect, bring one in, or handle design through our design-build approach. Budgets typically $1.2M–$5M+.

Full-scale renovations of existing Southern Maine homes, often historic coastal properties where we strip to the studs, re-engineer the envelope, and rebuild with modern performance and finish.
