With more than 20 years in construction, Nick Voltolina built Envy Construction the same way he builds homes—from the ground up, with integrity, discipline, and mastery at every stage.

Before founding the company, Nick worked every role in the building process. That deep, hands-on expertise in every phase of construction—from excavation and framing to finish carpentry and client relations—is what sets Envy apart. He isn't a figurehead; he's a craftsman who knows the job from the inside out.

With a lifetime spent in excavation, our Vice President of Excavation brings unmatched ground-level expertise to every Envy Construction project. Having worked in the field from an early age, he understands soil conditions, site development, drainage strategy, and foundation preparation not just in theory but through decades of hands-on experience.

Andrew brings a unique combination of military discipline, industry knowledge, and client-focused leadership to his role as Project Manager. A graduate of Yarmouth High School, he served six years in the United States Army — stationed in Germany, Kuwait, and Korea in a critical missile-defense role — and that service instilled the responsibility, precision, and leadership that continue to shape his work today. After returning home, Andrew started at Hancock Lumber's counter and worked his way up to Account Manager in sales, where Envy Construction was one of his largest accounts. As a Project Manager, he serves as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through selections, timelines, and the construction process while coordinating closely with the field team to keep every detail on track. Andrew is known for his strong communication, hands-on approach, and ability to build lasting client relationships.

Andrea keeps Envy Construction's day-to-day operations running smoothly, bringing structure and consistency to a fast-moving industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a background in retail and restaurant management, she built her career on leadership, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure — then learned the construction side from the ground up after joining the team. Today she manages the financial and operational side of the business, working closely with clients, handling all billing and construction draws, processing payments, and keeping the team organized so nothing falls through the cracks. As the only woman in the company, Andrea has built her place through grit and adaptability — not the spotlight, but the glue that holds it all together.

Greg brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, built from the ground up through hard work and a commitment to mastering his craft. A graduate of Deering High School, he started at 19 as a painter for St. Joseph's College, then expanded into property management and carpentry — gaining experience across every angle of the field. What fuels Greg is the lasting impact of the work: every project is something that will stand long after he's gone. He thrives on the physical and mental challenges of the job and takes pride in the fact that no two days are the same. As he puts it: 'A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.'

Joel is a master craftsman who brings decades of experience and precision to Envy Construction, specializing in custom carpentry and high-end finish work. A graduate of Gorham High School, he's been building and remodeling homes since 1991, developing a deep understanding of the trade with a focus on quality and craftsmanship that stands the test of time. A true perfectionist, Joel is responsible for much of the final carpentry that brings each home together — custom pantries, built-ins, detailed trim, and finish work — and nothing leaves his hands unless it's done right. Beyond his craftsmanship, he builds strong relationships with clients, who often know him by name and love the work he leaves behind. With over 30 years in the field, Joel delivers the kind of detail and care that turns a house into a home.

As an Excavation Technician, Matt helps transform raw land into build-ready sites, and his favorite part of the job is watching a project evolve from start to finish: taking something untouched and turning it into a solid foundation for what's to come. He's a valued member of the team, known for his commitment to growth and the positive direction he continues to move in.
