The clients envisioned a year-round residence that would capture panoramic ocean views while providing comfortable spaces for both intimate family gatherings and larger entertaining.

Working closely with the homeowners and their architect, our team brought this vision to life over an 18-month construction period. The result is a home that honors traditional New England coastal architecture while incorporating modern amenities and sustainable building practices.

Craftsmanship Details

The exterior features natural cedar shingles that will weather gracefully over time, complemented by locally-sourced granite accents. Interior millwork throughout the home showcases the skill of our finish carpenters, from the intricate crown moldings to the custom built-ins in the library.

The project required careful coordination of specialty trades, including stone masons, marine-grade hardware installers, and landscape architects who designed the property to withstand coastal conditions while enhancing the home's connection to its environment.
