Detailed Estimate & Contract Approval

We provide a comprehensive, transparent estimate. Once approved, we finalize the contract and prepare to bring your project to life.

Pre-Construction Planning

Permits, material ordering, and scheduling are coordinated. We ensure everything is in place before breaking ground.

Site Preparation & Demo

The site is cleared, graded, and prepared. For renovations, selective demolition begins with careful attention to existing structures.

Structural Build & Exterior Shell

Foundation, framing, roofing, and exterior sheathing take shape. Your home begins to rise from the ground.

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing

The essential systems are installed—HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and any specialty systems your project requires.

Interior Buildout
