Project Overview

Stroudwater Preserve Phase I is a landmark residential development at 1700 Westbrook Street in Portland, featuring 97 single-family homes and 25 townhouses. Developed by Stroudwater Development Partners LLC, this community establishes comfortable, safe neighborhoods with modern amenities just minutes from downtown Portland.
