Yarmouth occupies a sweet spot in Southern Maine residential construction: sophisticated buyers, premium lots, but enough land variety that we get to design genuinely different homes rather than the same coastal-cape silhouette repeated. Cousins Island is its own world; Yarmouth Foreside has a coastal feel without coastal pricing; interior Yarmouth has wooded acreage that supports a bigger footprint.

We have four named projects in town, each a different brief: a documented island build (White Oak Farm), a Foreside custom home (North Shore Build), a contemporary statement (Horizon Line House), and a more traditional family home (Pine Ridge Build).

  • Island access logistics. Cousins Island builds require careful material delivery scheduling and storage planning. We've done it.
  • Coastal and shoreland considerations. Foreside lots often involve shoreland zoning. Permitting experience matters.
  • Strong resale market. Yarmouth consistently performs alongside Falmouth and Cumberland on a per-square-foot basis.
