Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team at Envy Construction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality work. This role requires collaboration with our construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding, and hardware.
Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in other establishments.
Supervise apprentices and other construction workers.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Carpenter or relevant role.
Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials.
Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
High school diploma; Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is required.
Skills:
Strong working knowledge of job site safety.
High attention to detail.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Effective communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
Ability to navigate the job site, including climbing ladders and working from heights.

Excavator Operator
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Overview: We are actively seeking a seasoned Excavator Operator to become an integral part of our growing team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with heavy machinery, particularly excavators, and will be tasked with operating equipment safely and efficiently across various job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate excavators and other heavy machinery, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in good working order.
Coordinate with site supervisors and other construction personnel for tasks like trench digging, grading, and landscaping.
Assist in site preparation and cleanup before and after operations.
Respond quickly to directions and commands from supervisors and other construction team members.
Maintain logs of equipment use, maintenance, and repair.
Ensure the machinery is cleaned and stored properly at the end of each shift.
Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Excavator Operator.
Knowledge of construction site safety protocols.
Strong understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
Ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Valid operator license and clean driving record.
Skills:
